After your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery itself takes 3-4 working days within Austria and can take up to 8 days within the EU.

Because of the current situation regarding Covid 19 , it is possible for certain delays to occur. That is beyond our control.

We make sure to pack as best as possible but minor damages(yellow or torn leaves, reparable damage to stem, slightly torn roots) to the plant can be expected due to shipping.

However, if the plant seems to have irreparable damages, please send us photos of the said plant immediately after receiving. Any photos taken after repotting/pruning or any other changes cannot be taken into consideration.
